Halloween Fun at Longthorns Farm
Posted on
During the October half term we went with friends to Longthorns Farm for their Halloween event. We'd packed a few sandwiches but also bought some chips and drinks there to enjoy outside in the sunshine.

The kids were desperate to see the alpacas so we went over for a stroke before heading back inside to pay for the trial.

We then walked over to the woodland trail where we found some spooky decorations hiding in the trees. After the trail we bought some food for the animals and then the kids wanted to do pumpkin carving which was held in a marquee.

Lots of tools were provided for the pumpkins and the children spent over half hour making their creations for home. Before leaving we went back inside for another drink and the girls played with some games and had fun with the crafts provided.

Everything was reasonably priced and I don't think I spent more than £30 for the afternoon of fun and food.
I thoroughly recommend a trip to Longthorns Farm when they hold an event, the staff are all really lovely, everything is family friendly, and the alpacas are adorable.
